To get unbanned from Chatroulette you must do the following things:
First delete your browser history
then go to
http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
and delete the entry for chatroulette.com
Then change your IP by resetting your router.
You will now be able to use the website again.
